sophiareyes.com offers UPS ground or UPS 2nd day Air shipping on all U.S. orders. Orders usually take 1 to 3 business days to process and items are usually shipped the following business day. Packages shipped UPS Ground have the usual transit time of approximately 2-3 days to east coast addresses, and 3-4 days for west coast addresses. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, please contact us and you may purchase an upgraded shipping option at an additional charge. Please note that all orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. We currently cannot ship to APO/FPO & P.O. Box addresses.
Returns & Exchanges Doesn't fit? Color clash? Not what you thought it would be?
Not a problem! Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, DAMAGED, OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How do I make a return or exchange? To return or exchange your purchase, please contact us at shop@sophiareyes.com or call us at (708)560-6417 with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will provide you with the required return authorization number to include in your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using a prepaid, insured, and trackable service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
When will my credit card be refunded? Once your package has been received at sophiareyes.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from sophiareyes.com
