Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (USA only) 

Sophia Reyes offers UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail on all US orders. Orders usually take 1-3 business days to process and items are usually shipped the following business day. Packages shipped UPS Ground will have the usual transit time of 2-3 days to east coast addresses, 3-4 days for west coast addresses, and 1-2 days for midwest addresses. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, please contact us and you may purchase an upgraded shipping option at an additional charge. Please note that all orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery. We currently cannot ship to APO/FPO & PO box addresses. 

All packages are provided with a tracking number and insured while in the carrier’s possession. Once package is marked and confirmed as “delivered” to the shipping address provided, the package will be the responsibility of the buyer for any lost or stolen packages.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be over the moon about your sophia reyes purchase. Every product is made in house by our amazing team. Most items offered online are made to order. 

Doesn't Fit? Color Clash? Not what you thought it would be? 

Not a problem! Returns and exchanges are accepted on *merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered, damaged, washed, and ALL tags must be attached.

For items purchased as GIFTS online or any of Holiday Pop-Ups or Events, items may be EXCHANGED for merchandise credit. Requests must be made by January 15th. No exceptions can be made after the 15th. 

Please note that original and return shipping charges are not refundable.

Items marked as FINAL SALE may not be returned, exchanged, or offered merchandise credit. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our specified requirements. 

How do I make a return or exchange? 

To return or exchange your purchase, please contact us at shop@sophiareyes.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will provide you with the required return instructions and return shipping labels. 

Refunds: 

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

 We reserve the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our specified requirements.
